Many in the flooring industry told us we were crazy about building a flooring factory in California. They said it would never happen and that we were nuts.

Well, we are happy to announce they were wrong.

Not only did we build a state-of-the-art factory in America, but we surpassed everyone’s expectations!

Our founder had one singular purpose when he created Concord Flooring: to produce traditional quality wood flooring in the United States. Despite many obstacles and hurdles, he has done just that. Our flooring factory is the largest on the West Coast and is the most advanced automated wood factory in the U.S.

Making quality engineered wood flooring in the U.S. is a BIG deal. In recent years, hardwood flooring manufacturing has become very sparse in the U.S. The majority of wood flooring comes from overseas, and there are many disadvantages to this sad truth.

2020 exposed a significant weakness in getting products from overseas, from supply shortages, long delays, high duty fees, and uncertainty in the quality of the floors once they finally arrive.

Concord has solved those problems with our state-of-the-art factory located in California.

Most flooring factories in the U.S. use outdated technology and can’t compete with overseas factories and their cheaper foreign labor. Our advanced flooring technology has allowed us to produce a maximum of 80,000 sq ft of flooring daily, and this is only the beginning.

To make flooring here in the U.S.A., we had to embrace the newest technology and incorporate advanced robot automation systems. Our high-tech factory has allowed us to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, increase production and delivery times, and, most importantly, lower overall production costs.

Using innovative technology and our custom software, we can control the quality, improve color accuracy, durability, and consistency, and reduce waste, making us highly efficient and profitable. As a result, we can out-produce most flooring companies, making us highly competitive, which provides our customers with exceptional value.
